Whenever George did send a copy of my insurance, he listed an address that I never had and an "Effective" date that was months later from when I submitted my documents. The customer service and professionalism from he and Phyllis has been awful, and I do not recommend him as an agent.

But they laugh at people when they don't get approved for loans and that's very unprofessional. And I've Been told that one of the 5 women that work there said they didn't I quote "I didn't f*** up anyones loan today" I'm surprised these women leave that place alive the miserable and evil women that play with people because they can, but anyone if your going here only cash a check there people skills are horrible, and professional service, there loan sharks and thieves, some of the people who work there trys to steal extra dollars off the consumers because your stressed or you aren't paying attention to detail, getting your money back. Do not borrow here unless god left you with no choice which I was in that situation. And they played with me but god knew what type of people I was dealing with I'll make it another week with or without. Fast loans -4

It's my fault for choosing this insurance company and agent for my pet insurance. I thought it was…read morea good fit. Now that I've lived in my current area for two years, I can get recommendations from people I know. I know now to seek a professional business with at least one review and at least one good review. Being the first and having a negative experience shows me that no one else had anything nice to say, so they didn't say anything at all. My agent claimed they tried to call me but that there was no answer or my number had changed, so I replied back to their email with the same number I've had for 4+ years. I said I wish to cancel my insurance and asked how to proceed. Instead of getting an email back or a phone call back, I get a collections letter for $35. I would have paid that and added my vehicles to my policy. What's even more annoying is that after sending my last bill to collections, the agent still sends me policy junk email. Lesson learned.

During the periods we were on hold, she was happy to explain anything I had questions about and clarify anything that may seem confusing.
