I or even anyone shouldn't have to call ahead of time just to see if the location is open or if the worker is on lunch. This is a very inconvenience on alot of people who try to come during the day since coming after work is not an option. This location needs to do better

They may set you up with someplace that seems like gonna be a reasonable price, and it'll be your cheapest option, and then take about $300 for themselves. They are not a family oriented place. The people here are extremely uneducated and rude. They have no care in the world for those with needs. Or those that have children with need to especially. If you have a disabled child or if you are , they take advantage of you as much as possible. They love to make you feel like you're small. Again, leaving out all hidden fees or leaving out the reasons they charge so much. If I were you, I would not go through them unless you can afford to spend a a lot of money instead of going somewhere else where you could save your money. I've been through brokers before and this is by far the worst one yet if I could give less stars, I would.

I explained to him what happened, and he said no, you could not get your money back; it's in the fine print. I asked him to show me the documents where it was, and he said I would have to find them myself, I again asked him kindly to return the $200 I paid and he said to contact the main office. They lie to you and then they don't tell you the truth about the insurance, I read that contract over three or four different times even the fine print and it doesn't say anywhere in there where they cannot return the money, see you in small claims court soon heavyset male.

I requested the manager. He was in a meeting and hasn't called back in two days. I will be definitely finding a competent company.
