We were impressed by her reviews here and on Google and her rapport which was delineated, it seems, by way of her reviews. She was at times overly helpful, communicative, and endorsed professionalism. However, more recent interactions with her have tainted that representation and, in our view, her professionalism. She reached a point in the business relationship where she is unjustifiably offended and makes decisions for you without initially consulting you, and I believe it is because she is a one-woman show and needs help executing. There were a few instances where she wasn't going to be finished cleaning the home in time for check-in of our guests despite being scheduled and informed ahead of time and there was a time when she was still there cleaning when the guests checked in, which is a big no-no in the short-term rental space. Yet, believing in second chances, we continued to utilize her services because we believe, strongly, in supporting Black-owned and woman-owned businesses because we are the one of the same. We always paid her within a couple of hours of receiving her invoices and in full. Her responses to us started to become flippant and misplaced. She made a decision at her last clean for us to take linens from the home without our directive to do so, stating that she would clean them at her own home. We kindly stated to her that was not necessary and she proceeded to, again unjustifiably, respond to us that we thought we were "better than her" and that "her home is clean." We were remarkably taken aback because we never insinuated that her home wasn't clean and she became angry with us for a decision she made without first consulting us. After that text message intercourse, she abruptly resigned and stated that she "no longer wanted to approach the premises." We kindly accepted her decision. We therefore made plans to which she agreed to return our linens that she unilaterally removed from the home and our keys since she resigned, and then she abrupted decided after agreeing that she didn't want to do that and that we were "inconveniencing her." Mind you, she made sure to abruptly resign after she received her payment from us of $825 after delivery of services for the week, which would be her final payment. We never once tried to inconvenience her. We never once did anything to make her feel less than. We never once treated her with any ounce of disrespect or disgrace. We appreciated her and conveyed that to her often. I feel what will impact her ability to sustain a reputable and scalable business is her inability to exhibit emotional intelligence in her dealings with her customers/clients. She would also benefit from hiring additional staff to help her achieve operational excellence focused on efficiency. Finally, she credits herself with the success of our AirBNB as if she were a business partner instead of someone we hired to perform a service. That is all we did and were doing. She took it as more. She was not a business partner and if you hire her company beware of her overattachment and overinvolvement in how you run your business. At the end of the day, we wish her nothing but the best and optimal success, but we just didn't have time for the aggravation from communicating and dealing with her later in this relationship. There are too many cleaning services who would be glad to provide the services we need.

They came out and did a quick assessment and had the pricing ready in different price packages that I could mix and match. The difference is the discount you get based in what you want done. I needed gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation, roof debris removal, and home soft wash. It was 20% off the full pricing of getting each done individually. The process was quick and they did a good job with noticeable difference afterwards. No more green algae in the side of the house and the gutter guards have worked really well. I don't have a ton of experience with this stuff but I felt the pricing was fair. I've already recommended to a couple of friends. They are professional and courteous, stand by their product and work.

Neal was able to contact me as soon as I messaged him. He was able to visit my house, provided a reasonable estimate and scheduled a service. Neal was able to provide sound advice on the amount of lawn irrigation needed (# of times a week and duration of water), and lawn care plan (weed, fertilizer and etc). We initially hired R&R for laundry services (for our home). We were happy with Sable's laundry…read moreservices and decided to use R&R for full cleaning services. We weren't home for our first cleaning, but we left notes detailing what did and did not need to be cleaned. We also labeled our doors and cabinets (and, notably, it wasn't Sable's first time at the the house). We when got home, I couldn't tell if the cleaners had come or not. At first glance, it didn't appear that they had. The floors hadn't been swept, dishes weren't put away, and the downstairs bathroom wasn't cleaned. I went upstairs and the only rooms that appeared to have been cleaned were the master bath and bedroom. Simply put: it barely looked like cleaners came at all --much less that the house had been professionally cleaned. I reached out to the owner, Terry, to provide him with feedback about the cleaning and to show him pictures of the unswept floors and uncleaned bathrooms (texts attached). His response was that since we weren't there, the cleaners didn't know what to do. (It seems obvious that they should have at least cleaned the bathrooms and swept the floors). I would have expected an apology or offer to come back and complete the job; instead, I was blamed for the cleaners not cleaning. I told Terry that I left notes (with my contact info) and that someone could have at least called me for further instructions if they were unsure. I also told him that if he didn't know what to do, he should have rescheduled rather than not complete the job. He did not respond. I told Terry we would love to have them back to go over everything with them, but of course we weren't going to pay full price for the unfinished job. (Texts attached) Again, not even the minimum of cleaning the toilets and sweeping the floors were done. Terry didn't respond to that message, either. Given that Terry (1) didn't take any responsibility for the unfinished cleaning - which, he admitted they didn't do because they "didn't know what to do" and (2) didn't provide ANY level of professional that I would expect from someone that I let into my home, I told Terry to remove us from his cleaning schedule. He responded "will do" and immediately invoiced us for full price cleaning services. In response, I told Terry that we would pay for the laundry and for cleaning the master bedroom (apparently they made the bed) but that I wasn't paying for full cleaning services because I didn't receive full cleaning services. Terry responded - "No way, I'll send it to my lawyer. They will put a lien on your home." (Text messages attached). I'm sure Terry didn't realize, but I am a lawyer and this threat got him (and will get him) no where. In summary: (1) Terry's cleaners didn't clean our house because they "didn't know what to do" (even though I left notes and they could have called for further instruction, but did not); (2) Poor customer service; (3) invoiced at full price for partial services (4) threatened to sue us. **Note: We chose this Company based on the high number of great reviews we saw on other sites (including Angie's list). We were disappointed and surprised that we did not have the same great experience.
