Be careful doing business with this organization, they do not communicate well and often confused my son with another student when scheduling lesson plans, that had to be rescheduled a couple of times. Furthermore, I enrolled my son into the Bronze package back in Winter of 2021 for the online course and 10 hrs of in-car session. All was well with the online course, however due to the pandemic, Ministry of Transportation que for driving tests were extremely backlogged, so we did not resume our in-car sessions until summer of 2022. At that point they told me that I had to top up the lessons by another $150 as the value of the bronze package had gone up from the prior year. I found that a little odd, but regardless I paid it as I wanted the full 10hr in car lesson experience for my son. We continued our lessons through Fall, but then my son had to go back to University and we wanted to resume the lessons upon his return during reading week in Feb 2023. I was shocked to learn that there was an expiry on his in-car lesson plan which apparently needed to be completed before Dec 31, 2022, (apparently it's Ministry of Transportation requirement). They said they tried to reach us multiple times, however there were no emails or voicemails trying to book these remaining lessons, let alone the threat of Dec 31st deadline. When I challenged a guy named Haji Malik, he told me I would need to book again at full price and there was nothing he could do by MoT requirements. In short, they're happy to take your money, but very poor at scheduling and communicating. It just seems very disorganized to me with lack of transparency, now I'm out $650+ and having nothing to show for it. Buyer beware. read more
