While living in Melbourne, I used Accrue Accounting (formerly Daish Harrop) for my tax prep. In 2011 I moved to the USA but continued to have Accrue do my taxes. One year, because Accrue did not correct my address, I forgot to pay my Aussie tax. Accrue didn't answer my emails or phone calls and didn't tell me for two years about the late-notice it received from the ATO -- which should have been sent to my new address. When I wrote (politely) to Gary Daish to complain, I got *THE RUDEST* communication I've ever received from any businessperson. Not only was he unapologetic for his company's errors, he was snide and insulting. I don't recommend the company. read more
