I highly recommend Joanna Lindberg for personal insurance (home, auto, life, etc.), as she answers all of my (many) questions and is so patient and informative. She literally cut my insurance costs in half this year, and works tirelessly for ME and not just the insurance companies P-G represents. They represent a number of insurance companies, so they are able to find the policies that meet your needs. I can't recommend them enough!

This is the worst office Ever!!!!!!!! After being a loyal client for 14 years (2 homes and several…read morevehicles) they dropped us. We were told by their in office agents to file claims that were within 8 months of each other. Apparently doing this will cause them not to renew your insurance policy. So after giving their company 60+ thousand dollars and them having to help us with 2 claims that were beyond our control that equaled 15 thousand dollars they turned their backs on us. Please beware of this company!!!!! I wish someone told me how unloyal they are to VERY loyal customers. Never again! If only our "trusted" agent would have advised as to what to do instead of pressuring us to file the claims! But now we fully see how this agency operates!

The location is wonderful and the staff is so helpful. I also believe that Robby Rowan is a wonderful human being and also very knowledgeable in all aspects of insurance and especially about life insurance and how to make sure your family is covered in every way. Robby takes the time to meet with you and explain everything in detail and also understands when you are on a budget. I really respect Mr. Rowan and his staff. I really appreciate how professional his staff is as well. Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. I wish all places of business were as helpful as this one is. five stars for sure

We've been working with Shawn for all of our policies and we could not be happier with the…read moreexperience! I haven't quite totaled up how much he has been able to save us compared to our old policies, but it has definitely been a significant amount of money! I would guess that it is well in excess of $500/year and there were even some plans like life insurance, disability, and umbrella that we now have that we had wanted to purchase in the past, but had put off because we felt like we were never going to get a quote that was within our budget. Shawn has made the process very easy and Rocket City Insurance has a seriously robust offering of plans and providers. Thus far, Shawn has been able to secure every plan that we have asked for and done so cheaper than what we were paying elsewhere and even managed to cover some of the places where we didn't realize we were overexposed to liability, particularly in rental properties. We also know that in the event of a claim, he is working for us and we won't be left to fend for ourselves. I can't recommend Shawn and Rocket City Insurance Group enough and we really appreciate them!
