Spradtax was impossible to get a hold of to fix the issue. They never returned my emails or voicemails. The only way I could get a hold of them was to call frequently (over the course of 5 months) and hope someone would answer the phone. Eventually they stopped answering my phone calls (caller ID?). Very poor tax return service and even worse customer service. Will not be a return customer.
