They NEVER replied to my emails or messages. This wasn't the first year they've done them. Last year they took forever only to tell me they must have lost the email, they got them done and sent me a secure signing email thing (which nowhere on the email said it was for my taxes and wasn't from them) so in over looked it because I recieve so many scam emails that look just like it. This resulted in my taxes being late and having to pay penalties which doubled the amount I owed. So I'd suggest not using them. They haven't even responded to my complaint filed with the bbb.

Victor failed to properly file my 2020 and 2021 tax returns as represented, resulting in substantial failure-to-file penalties and interest from the IRS. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue directly with his office over many months, the matter ultimately required formal legal action. On June 5, 2026, a court judgment was issued in my favor in Los Angeles County Small Claims Court (Case # 26CHSC00217, Chatsworth Courthouse) for professional negligence. Payment of the judgment was only fulfilled after executing a formal settlement agreement under the threat of Sheriff enforcement and bond claims.
