By that afternoon, I had a meeting with Jessica, a wonderful paralegal. By the end of the next afternoon, Jessica had filed my appeal and she texted me my case managers contact information. Honestly, I reached out late Monday afternoon and by Wednesday, Jessica did everything needed. I can't not begin to tell you what a massive relief I felt knowing someone was helping me and giving me excellent advice.

We have had Erie Insurance for more than 40 years with a minimal number of claims. Recently we had…read morea claim for our roof. The adjuster said that according to our policy the front qualified for replacement but the back did not. Then he said "Oh I see you have a rider; therefore, we will have to send someone out to take a shingle off the roof and we will send it off. If it has been discontinued then your rider will kick in and the entire roof will be replaced". When the report came back the shingle had been discontinued. The adjuster walked it back and said "but there were comparable shingles available therefore they still would not cover the back". Mr Wyatt called us and told us we should call the Presidents hot line. While he did call the adjuster he didnt take it any further. If this had been Randy Wright he would have called the President and said "these people have been customers for more than 40 years, are we really going to lose them over $4000." And he would have done everything he could have to hold that adjuster accountable for what he told us. Just saying I believe you is not enough. We are truly disappointed in our agent.
