I own Rodeo Realty. We purchased account Tech four years ago. We still can't get it to work properly. We had an old program that we bought in 2001. That company is out of business. We are still using it because we have never been able to get account tech working. I've made numerous calls and rarely get a call back. You have to threaten them to get a call. Mark is a slick salesman, but nothing he has said has worked out. They can't even do an MLS feed! Fortunately we have been able to keep our old program running or we would have been screwed. I'm into this system for something like $75,000. It will never work. I don't even care about the money. It's the aggravation. I hired one person to just try to figure it out. He is an expert but he can't get it working either.
