My experience purchasing my coat was very smooth. I found a saleman who spoke English, and he did the rest. The strange thing was, apparently you have to purchase things at this store from a specific check-out area, so they mark it and send it to the cash register where you can pay for it and pick it up. They accepted my VAT-free form with no trouble, and I saved myself over 30 euros! Good experience, will come back here if I need more clothing.

I asked if there were any other matching items for the limited addition order I made. I was told no. Come to find out, they had TWO other items.
