Terrible service with some attitude. Been standing outside for one and a half hour to get in. The…read moredoor guy is just doing the job but the lady, who assumed to be the manager, had been talking and laughing to her colleagues and never gave any estimate time of waiting or whatsoever to the people standing outside. I was trying to keep calm and it was cold so I was "calm" anyways...some other people went to knock the door in rage but the staff looked even much angrier, I do not understand German but I could know from the volume that was not satisfied. To be honest nobody has the passion to still buy things or even to walk into the store if you keep them waited like almost two hours. Even though I was going to buy a pair of shoes which have been decided before I sat in the line, I left. Thank you for saving me the money and I will try to choose other brands next time.

After so long waiting in line just to get in we asked to see the bag, he tried it on and confirmed he wants it so we said we will take the bag, the lady who was helping us gave us a form to fill out and walked us to wait by the cashier to pay. 5 people who were behind us paid for their items, picked their purchase and left. After waiting for 20 mins the cashier lady who was an Asian girl with glasses asked us rudely if we are waiting to pay for something. We gave our name and described what we are waiting for to be bagged and ready. At first she said they don't have such a thing in their system and they lost the bag (she looked like she was on drugs) after we found the lady who helped us with the bag in the beginning and asked her what is going on, than she says... oh yea some 2 guys came to pay for the bag but their card got declined (purposely loud) which was completely bullshit since we were in front of the cashier the whole time, it was very obvious she just wanted to give us hard time for absolute no reason but racism. I wish gucci reads this comment and gets rid of people like that who work for them. Because frankly there are way too many other options to go with and world doesn't have time for racism bullshit like this.
