Summit signs, was not only quick to respond, but required no down payment to give me my initial artwork. I am a bit picky, and they had to make several alterations to the design before I excepted it. I went to the shop to get the lettering installed on the vehicle, and their service was quick and friendly. Once they started applying the lettering, we noticed it wasn't exactly as the original design. They immediately removed the lettering, redid the artwork, re-cut the vinyl, and installed it without hesitation. The entire team helped to make sure that the project was done properly, and the team even stayed late to make sure the install was done to my liking. The sales rep pitched a quality product that was compatible with our changeable banner stands for a lower price than we could find anywhere. We couldn't believe it and clarified what we wanted several times. She assured us they do it all the time, it would be fine and if we weren't happy they'd replace them. Our banners come back and while the printing looked fine they were not interchangeable. Not only were they not interchangeable they ruined the existing banners we had. While we were trying to sort this situation out the owner of Signal Graphics met with us and assured us he wanted to make this right. Shortly after our meeting our original sales woman was no longer with the company. After months of emails, meetings and phone conversations followed. We had trade show coming up and the way Signal Graphics "made this right" was selling us cheap banner stands at a "discount." We needed something for this deadline so we bought them. In the end we paid for the original order that ruined our changeable stands and paid for the cheap replacements that so far have not stood up straight though an entire day at a trade show. Seriously, any job you might have that requires more than opening a .PDF in Reader and sending it to their default printer is going to be beyond the; you should go elsewhere.
