But if you have most of your documents, history and medications on hand the entire meeting is about paperwork and disclosures. The Dr. Was great, they were all very welcoming and helpful. It was the 1st time I didn't feel judged for my choice of treatment. I have gone to other states to try their options to see what could or may not help with my chronic issues. I have get to see what our Florida products have available but I am extremely excited that less than a month after my 1st appointment I can start visiting dispensaries and determine what will work with my pains and nausea. If nothing else the CBD oils that are pure help and I need a strong dose on bad days. I'm so tired of taking various pills that don't help. Thank you all at MMCT for you help, advice and understanding.

I received a notice that my card was expiring so I thought I needed to make an appointment. Forgetting that I already had an appointment for October16. I made an appointment on September 5 for Sept 25. I received reminders and the pre in take form from them which I dutifully filled out a week in advance. Still forgetting about Oct 16. I'm human... I arrived at my scheduled time when I was confronted by Santos(owner) wife. She came out to the waiting room with a piece of paper stating I was not suppose to be there until Oct 16. She didn't even say my name. She was shaking as she spoke that I made a big mistake and I should come back in October. Why they could not contact me via phone I can't answer. They waited for me to arrive. I made the appt Sept 5. They had 20 days to straighten things out before I drove to the office. This woman was visually upset with me because I was confused about card expiration and my doctor visits. I'm an elder! I just was very confused at why they could not call me before I got there. Santos, behind the desk, was no better. Apparently the nervous woman is his wife. Whatever, the treatment from the front here is far from COMPASSIONATE! The doctors were always great but these owners are condescending. I made a mistake but I sure should not of been treated in this manner. Bottom line, I'll be transferring to a more compassionate clinic. By the way, they are the most expensive clinic out there. Shop around. There are many nicer clinics out there.

My 89 year old Doctor was completely unprofessional. The staff was not only rude, but, mishandled my paperwork multiple times resulting in me not being to shop at any dispensary. They do have a Military discount, however, they are already more expensive than the competition. If you are a Veteran, you will regret this Choice. If you just need permission to shop at Trulieve or Jungle Boys go elsewhere! Enjoy the traffic on 19N.

I was seen close to my appointment time and check-in/registration was a breeze. The doctor spent an appropriate amount of time with me and went over everything in great detail. I did not leave with any questions and will be a regular patient. I am a new patient of the medical clinic, which is next door to the medical spa. I am not familiar with the medical spa or their offerings and therefore can only review their medical offerings. Pricing is reasonable and affordable and they have a services/procedure menu board in the lobby that lists many common services along with the price. It took me a few minutes to find the clinic. It is over by the movie theater and should not be confused with the urgent care chain location in the same shopping center. I'd recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone in or around Largo. I live in Indian Shores and the drive was less than fifteen minutes during morning rush hour.
