On 10-14-2014 my wife and I visited this store while on a tour trip to buy an anniversary gift…read more There were two sales people, a man and woman, who said the man was her brother. She said we did not want jewelry from the bottom shelf, which was for tourists, but from the top shelf, which was handmade 24 carat gold. We bought a pendant for $250 EU, a matching bracelet for $650 EU, and matching earrings. Also a Muela knife for $83 EU. The total charge on Visa was $1018.50 EU. When we returned to the US our jeweler of 60 years told us the jewelry was nothing but gold plated costume jewelry. I mailed the jewelry back for a refund with a long letter. The merchant did not bother to pick up the package from Spanish customs. They told the Visa investigator they told us it was costume jewelry and that is why the price was so low! We were bilked out of over $900 EU by this merchant.
