This year somehow I missed the renewal bill. Instead of a call or message from Corbin and his office I got a cancelation letter. Since they haven't personally contacted me in years I chose to try another insurer to meet my needs. Corbin personally contacted the agent I requested (not me) and attacked his moral character, taking no responsibility for the poor service he's provided and trying to suggest they were unethical. Unethical for responding to a customer request to change policy holder by contacting his office to notify and discuss the situation. Corbin's office has yet to contact me to find out why I'm dissatisfied. Instead they're content to collect my money and attack anyone who threatens their easy paycheck. Instead the other agent messaged to apologize and suggest I stay with Corbin and his team, because they can meet my needs. Corbin's office is content to badger others, keep my money and provide no service. If negative stars were an option, it would be there. I could never in good conscience condone or recommend the character and conduct of Corbin. I only hope his other customers realize there's better service out there.
