Mya then greeted me and started pampering me & my feet... The care she took in treating me was wonderful... I recently spent 3+ weeks up in Pennsylvania closing my Father-in-law's house & that took its toll on my body. Mya was the best in making me feel like a million bucks! She then took care of my hands for my Deluxe French Manicure. Her massaging my feet, legs, arms, & hands were wonderful. She treated me so wonderfully & I felt great when I left... (5-Stars!) - THANK YOU, MYA! However: I should've paid attention to the details. For the amount I paid, $115.00 ($95. + $20. Tip) - I think my cuticles should look better on both my feet & hands... When I brought a friend in and tried to use my credits to cover both of our services, I was told that wasn't allowed. This was confusing, as the membership agreement clearly states: "Unused paid services in membership can be used as store credit. Store credit can be gifted to one spouse, sibling, parent, or friend." What isn't made clear is that the only way to convert those unused services into store credit is to cancel your membership -- which means forfeiting the monthly service you've already paid for. Additionally, the gifted credits can only be used by someone who already has an account. Those important limitations are not obvious upfront. Very disappointed in the ethics of this business.
