I went up to the front desk and told the ladies there who I was. She told me without even looking up from her computer that I was over 5 minutes late and that I would have to reschedule. I thought it was a joke. No it wasn't, she said the office only allows you to be 5 minutes late not 7. Never heard of a doctors office to have this in stone. I asked her if I could wait and the answer was no. Still not looking up from her computer. I told her never mind I will find a more competant ENT office. I bet if the doctor was running late I would have to wait in the waiting room. Won't ever go there again.

Complete joke of a doctor. Jan 2023 I had severe nosebleeds. Never had a nosebleed in my 51 years…read moreof life. I couldn't breathe out of one side of my nose. He NEVER looked up my nose, told me to go to the hospital and get my nose packed if bleeding didnt stop. He informed me I had allergies. I've never had allergies. Couple months later, I go back because now it's worse. The jerk finally looks up my nose, tells me I have a small polyp. 2 days later I go to a different doctor, he looks up my nose, & says to immediately get a cat scan. I get scan done that day, the following morning he calls and tells me I have a huge mass getting ready to attach itself to my eye. Within a week I'm at MD Anderson being told I have cancer. I went through chemo, surgery, and 6 weeks of radiation. The cancer ate a portion of my eye socket and my skull. I had to get a feeding tube, I couldn't work, my thyroid doesnt work any more all because of cancer treatments. I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say Maybe just Maybe if this arrogant creep doctor took the time to listen to what I was saying & actually looked up my nose the first time I saw him, maybe the cancer tumor wouldn't have grown so large. Stay Away from this so called doctor. If you need a local ent doctor go see Dr. Finklestein, he actually cares about people.

Went to this dr because I have been dealing with post nasal drip for over 4 years now and get sinus…read moreinfections about 2x year. Not just regular post nasal drip but *thick* and requires some back of throat manipulation to get down from the back of my nose. Was basically told to lose weight (Which I am aware of AND currently working on) and more disappointingly, was told my thick, stringy post nasal drip was more of an annoyance and to just deal with it. NO. I will not just deal with it. I will find a doctor that will listen to the patients concerns with a sympathetic ear and not be told that I would be one of six with the same complaint today. So the superficial check of the ears nose and throat said I was otherwise healthy..why would I have paid $50 for a copay if I felt healthy. No wonder I was able to get an appointment so soon rather than the few week wait for other offices I called. On a positive note- he ran on time.

Dr. Sood and Camille have been really awesome at helping me address my concerns and I have seen improvements the last few months that have made feel better and happier. Dr. Sood is very kind and informative when he deals with -you- as a patient. When you receive your laser hair removal treatments he makes sure to check in on how you're doing and feeling, about everything regarding your treatment. The same can be said for Camille, as well. Camille has been helpful with skincare and I've enjoyed my last two facials that I've had done with her. She has taught me a lot about products, and what I should and should not use. She overall has helped me simplify my skincare. (The microdermabrasion one I got today was really nice!) The office is clean, modern, and professional. You won't feel like a number at a Doctor's office like this because the staff is small, friendly, and personal. I can't recommend Dr. Sood and his team enough!
