Pros : - Lots of activities for the toddlers with themed weeks with events associated to them. My child loves it here. - The staff is very friendly. Everyone says hello and are very sweet my child. - Reports are sent to us by e-mail to us every day along with a few choice pictures of our child enjoying herself in daycare. These are very appreciated. - The children's food selection is very good and our daughter seems to eat almost everything and it's a very health food diet. - Hours are great. Too bad they aren't open Saturdays. :) Cons : - Communication between workers leaves somewhat to be desired as well with the parents. Informing me that something is wrong with my child is very important, so we didn't appreciate needing to sign a form when picking her up at 5 PM for a minor problem. I'm sure the decision was made earlier in the day and informing me of this decision earlier would have resulted with me setting an appointment with her pediatrician earlier the next day so I didn't have to lose an entire day of work and daycare. All in all, we're happy but we're hoping the communication issue between workers gets better with time. We understand they had turnover over the summer and hopefully this gets fixed in the weeks to come. I strongly recommend this place.

This is an all too rare example of a good corporate run franchise filling the Montreal void of businesses that care about customer service. Indeed Montrealers have been weaned off the idea of customer satisfaction and into the dogma of corporate skepticism (look how long they kept Starbucks at bay), but Kids and Co. has clearly benefited from corporate-HQ delegated programing and management of employee turnover. The teachers are extremely energetic and thoughtful of toddler needs and education. The ratio of kid/teacher is low! I feel this keeps employees fresh and motivated. Their general service is accommodating, receiving the kids at hours that suit our family's schedule (this is not a general philosophy of subsidized daycares that we have tried out). Complimentary service a few evenings and weekends per year is commendable. Food is fresh and regulated by nationally (presumably that assures quality/nutritional control). Educational programing is obviously more than what is provided by subsidized daycare i.e. Mini-Masters Art program, Alphabet lessons, French lessons, yoga sessions. I'm sure I've forgotten to mention many other great attributes.

Extremely professional management and so quick to answer any questions you may have. The chef is also fantastic! Such an amazing and safe location with a huge yard for the kids!
