I have no reason to go to any other trophy or recognition award shop. They are local to our business, which is important to us. They have an incredible selection in house and Joe Kennedy has been very consultative to us as we have looked to build and expand on our annual recognition program each year. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that there was a mix-up one year with style and a misspelling the year before that. First was my error, the second was the shop's. Both were rectified quickly and without cost to me. Joe treats us fairly and provides us attentive, responsive service. His prices are fair, although I can not compare them as I do not comparison shop for recognition awards. We have a small, infrequent need ( less than 6 awards a year) but I do know there is great discount in bulk. All Crown Trophy stores are franchised and each one has similar selections. I wasn't sure how I was going to explain all these details over the phone during the COVID-19 shelter-in-place restrictions. Jules from Palmer Trophy and I had a Zoom meeting so he could see all the details. By the end of our call, he understood everything and started working on getting the materials needed. I shipped him the custom pins and artwork and emailed the exact wording for the plaque. I was then sent a preview of the plaque for my approval before he started the work. A picture of the final product was sent to me before it was shipped. This whole process was extremely organized. I never expected to be able to get this completed during these very difficult times. I had to order some trophies and medals for a Winter League I was running and obviously put it off…read moreto the very last minute. I called right around closing time Monday night and they assured me if they had the items in stock they could have them engraved by Wednesday. I called Tuesday around Noon after figuring out exactly what I needed and placed the order for 4 trophies and 15 medals (all with engraving). The person on the phone ensured me that they'd be ready on Wednesday by 4pm. I walk in Wednesday after 4 and they're all there waiting for me. The price was right, and the job was done very well.
