We have been so impressed with this preschool - I wish we had found it sooner! My daughter had been to two different preschools and neither seemed like an ideal fit for a different reasons. But we feel like we have found the perfect place for her. The teachers are kind and caring (and fun!), while providing a structured and safe environment for our daughter. My daughter has excelled at academic benchmarks- including forming and recognizing letters and understanding basic math. The school has impressive protocols for Covid-19 in place, keeping "bubbles" for the classrooms to minimize exposure and cleaning protocols. As parents joining during the Covid era, we actually haven't set foot in the school, but we feel so comfortable with our decision due to the accessibility of the teachers and the administrators. We have done virtual tours, participated in virtual classroom events, and have quick access to the teachers and administrator if we ever need it. It is a very welcoming school to all its families and students. We have felt the warmth of the community since our first inquiries into the program. It is a Jewish preschool and we love this element of the program - but I would encourage (and already have encouraged!) families of any faith to check out the school. You will certainly feel the same welcome we have. Choosing Immanuel Montessori School was one of the best decisions we made for our daughter. The Montessori approach, especially the mixed-age classrooms, made a tremendous difference in her development. Being surrounded by older children encouraged her language, communication, and social skills to grow far beyond what we expected. She also built lasting friendships and became much more confident in herself. One of the things we appreciated most was the school's commitment to outdoor learning. Our daughter spent so much time exploring nature, and although she often came home with muddy clothes and dirty shoes, she was always full of excitement and stories from her adventures. It was wonderful to see learning happen beyond the classroom. The teachers are patient, caring, and truly invested in helping each child become independent. They taught our daughter valuable life skills, from dressing herself to putting on her own shoes, and even helped potty train her in just over a week. The confidence and independence she gained during her time there have carried over into every aspect of her life. We are incredibly thankful for the loving teachers and supportive community at Immanuel Montessori. Watching our daughter grow into a happy, capable, and curious little girl has been the greatest testament to the wonderful work they do every day.

My 4 year old son has been attending Celebree Waverly woods school age program for about 6 months…read moreand I truly am so happy he's there. I can go to work knowing he's safe, well cared for, and learning so much throughout the day. The building is secured, so each parent has a pass code to enter the building, which makes me feel a lot better that people can't make it past the front door unless they have a child attending. Each morning and evening we're greeted with a smile at the front office - Ms. Amanda even makes sure to make the parent's experience friendly and personable at pick-up and drop-off. Ms.Kim and Ms. Cassidy of the pre- k classes go above and beyond to teach the children and provide quality activities to enrich each day. Art work, science projects, show and tell, crazy hair day, pajama day and pizza Tuesdays make daycare a little more fun for us all. They even send photos of what our kids are doing throughout the day. The quality of Celebree is top notch, and the team at Waverly woods makes it that much better.

People are paying good money to have their children taken care of and instead unsafe drivers are chauffeuring their kids around at high speeds. She amazes me with the things she learns every day. The classes are small so she gets hands-on attention from her teacher, but she also gets to know all the other teachers very well. Our 2 year old daughter was enrolled at Kids Villa for almost a year- far far too long. She started…read moreoff in the busy bee class and then transitioned to the curious cats -- that is when the issues started. I would not recommend the school for so many reasons, but I will provide three of the most concerning. 1- teachers do not console children when they are upset- only threats. The teacher said to my daughter when she cried, "do you want to go to the baby room?) 2- The cameras allow parents to watch their children during the day. One day I saw a child hit my daughter and she began to cry. No comfort was provided as she cried. The teacher was distracted and missed the incident. 3- on three occasions my daughter came home with a poop diaper. When I asked the director about it each time the explanation provided was that "she must have just went." At home I started to notice my daughter showing signs of trauma. She would cry at drop-off not wanting to go into the school. At home with her toy and dolls she started repeating what was said to her by her teacher, " putting herself in timeout and saying "stop crying or I'll put you in the baby room." I do not recommend the school. Once we switched our daughter to Goddard, she is back to her normal happy self.
