I was overjoyed! The location is very well lit & comfortable looking. The staff in there are welcoming and quick acting. My only complaint would be parking which I won't hold against them because it's the Crossroads. Parking is a problem everywhere in the Crossroads. I used to make every attempt to go to the Gladstone location because it was so efficient and pleasant but I think I've found a new location to use!!
