The moment my account was created I was offered all of the services that I've been seeking with security service for multiple years. Today specifically the whole world needs to know that this location and the staff members there went well above and beyond to help me out of a hole that another banking institution has dug me into. The level of gratitude cannot be described by any known language. I am so elated and relieved that these people existed in my life today and they will continue to exist in my life because good human beings need to stay with good human beings. Everybody else needs to learn how to follow suit as to what happened today. Every human being on this planet needs to pull their heads out of their buttholes and stop worshiping the American dollar instead of the god and goodness they used to abide by. Every world religion spirituality and decent upbringing says to treat people the way that end treated me today. With dignity, respect, humility, and charity when able to do so. They saved my life today. Literally. Further more, they recognized how messed up USAA is handling the situation and made it a point to make sure that my dog is fed and watered. That is the best thing that I could have ever asked for without even knowing that I could have asked for it.

They suspended my account because I had a check signed over to me and deposited it. The "fraud" department was rude, and kept trying to verify the person that signed the check to me but attempting to find a phone number for him. Not everyone has their cell phone registered in their name. They wouldn't let me and the other person go to the bank with his and my IDs to verify identity. A cell phone number IS NOT LEGAL IDENTIFICATION!!! This bank is an absolute joke. I would never waste my time with them again. I will be closing my account as soon as I can. Maybe if you had people actually in the US handling our accounts from your joke of a fraud department, we wouldn't have these issues. Finally got the ignorant lady to stop interrupting me every 3 seconds and call the employer that wrote the check, that also banks with this crappy place to verify that this was legit. Literally on the phone with them for 45 minutes to do this. I have a lot more to say and not so pleasantly so I will leave it at this.
