I was there in literally under an hour. And in that time, they not only attended to me, they X-ray'd, CT Scanned and got be a Walking boot and crutches, and sent me on my way! They were all very lovely, and they made sure to have someone who was fluent in English, (as was the attending Doctor). I couldn't have dreamed up a better experience going to an ER. Certainly NOTHING like going to the ER in the US. In addition, the charges were very reasonable... less than $500 for all of their care, including the Walking boot and Crutches. I am sure it would have for 5x that cost or more here in California. And though I do have Insurance, 8 months later, I am STILL waiting for my reimbursement!!!

Onun ilgisi ve güler yüzü sayesinde kendimi burada çok güvende ve huzurlu hissettim. Sanki bir parça memleketi yanımda hissettim. I was feeling in safe hands since I contacted Ibrahim (dr. Jale consultant), dr. Jale assistant and Ezgi, to the nurses in Istanbul Cerrahi Hospital. All of them took care of me all the time I spent there. The operation was smooth, the recovery was painful, but thats normal. However, after every my "Oouch" the nurses were asking me every time "pain?" and few minuts later they were next to me with painkillers. They were helping me through the whole first night in the hospital. All of them so kind. Also, dr. Jale and her assistant were checking my progress almost every day. Finaly, they explained to me how to take care of my new boobs week by week. I cant explain how happy I am of dr. Jale, her staff and the hospitall staff. Thank you so much!

They will treat you like crap for their negligence. No campassion. Avoid this Casino/Hotel at all costs it's not worth what it will cause you. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. Property ran down and unsafe. General Manager is VERY rude. Not even a sorry for thier lack of safety.
