I highly recommend this company. They listen to you and are always on top of what is going on with your system. They followed up as they said they would. They were on time. They were respectful and very professional. They carefully inspected the system in detail. I was having several issues with my air conditioning system for 8 years. I lost track of how many different companies came over and left the issue unresolved (they would add freon, leave, and never come back or reply to my messages or voice mails). I kept having issues every 3 months or less between repairs. It was a nightmare. One of the companies even "fixed" my coil (which I later learned could not be repaired). Another one said he needed to check the lines under the foundation but could not do it at the moment " because the weather channel said it was going to rain in 6 hours". After re-addressing my issues to American Home Shield (again!), and finally being blessed by this customer service representative named Rick who took my case into heart, he recommended AC2 HVAC SERVICES. They contacted me almost immediately after I finished my phone call with AHS. They listened to my ongoing report with my system and the next day Reggie (the technician) came over. He was very professional, patient, and detailed-oriented. He tested everything and always explained what he was about to do and the results. We got our coil replaced for a brand new one.
