I looked up their phone number hoping someone would answer so I don't need to try to have the 3 cars behind me back up and have to go inside... And to my amazement a clerk answered on the 3rd ring! She helped me with a code and I was able to keep my place in line and avoid any embarrassment. So many businesses have automated messages or you have to leave a message. It was refreshing that they have real people answering their phones.

Woman on phone was a bit rude but said she'd be there until 4 o'clock. For some reason pharmacy open later but only this woman can rent the equipment (seems like a poor business model). So I said I'd be in by 3 and 330. Get there and she'd left early. So now no visit because my wife can't walk as far as she needs to for the visit.

Over the summer I got a Power Chair & last week they installed an EZ Lock System in my wheelchair accessible van. This system will enable me to simply drive onto my van & park right in front of the steering wheel. Their staff & techs are also amazing. I highly recommend anyone in need of their services to use them. On a scale of 1-100, I give them a 100. TY also to Peter Green for having such a great company!

I have been with PrimeCare Pharmacy for seven years now. I was one of their first customers, and…read morethere is a reason I have kept using them for all my pharmaceutical needs and medical supplies. At first, I was attracted to them for two of their services. One was their pill packs, which is where they divide all your daily (and afternoon, nightly, etc.) pills in convenient, easy-to-use pill pockets. Instead of going through a bunch of bottles to get your meds ready, you just open the pill pocket and everything you need to take is right there, ready to take. The other thing that really attracted me to PrimeCare Pharmacy was their FREE DELIVERY. I am disabled and homebound, and there is nothing better than knowing I will always have my meds because PrimeCare Pharmacy will deliver them straight to me. More recently, I was prescribed medical supplies. It was a shower chair to be exact. They had a bunch in stock for me to look at and choose from, and were really helpful and knowledgeable about the ones they had in stock. They helped me pick the best one for me. They are so helpful and Friendly that I could go on for pages. They know me by my voice when I call, are always happy to help me in any way they can, and my life is so much better, healthier, and safer because of PrimeCare Pharmacy.

Point being, I needed my truck picked up from home, taken to mechanic, and when they sadly told me the whole engine was dead Phil towed me back home. 100 bucks each tow, but for the professionalism I would never try to save ten or twenty bucks. This is now.my tow guy forever. Btw, before we left my place with my truck to take it to the mechanic I was like "hang on one minute, need to make sure I can get a ride back home". And it was only about 4-5 miles away, and Phil said "I can give you a ride back home, no extra charge." And when mechanic said my truck was fucked and I needed to just tow it back home, Phil was there before scheduled, already had my truck loaded when I walked up from the bus stop... If there's such a thing as an amazing tow-truck service, this guy is it.
