We found so many interesting things - an elaborate Spanish felt matador painting, loads of strangely posed random taxidermy, foreign coin collections, all kinds of signs and old photos, coats of armor, beautifully restored old iron stoves and copper cookware, intricate metal work, and an old Pac Man arcade machine! When she arrived in person, three men ganged up on her, using scare tactics and bullying behavior to pressure her into a bad trade. Despite her showing valid ID (she's nearly 19), they bizarrely claimed she was only 17 and not even allowed to be in the store. Whether this was part of their intimidation or just ignorance, it's completely unprofessional and inappropriate. No young woman should be treated this way--especially by a group of adults in a business setting. This shop clearly takes advantage of people, and their tactics are shady at best. I would strongly advise others, especially younger customers, to avoid this place entirely.

Upon returning to pick it up, we were given a gun (not ours) that was in extremely poor condition. The sling was different, the manufacturer & manufacture date was different, the scope was missing, the gun case was different, and we did not receive our ammunition back (we originally gave them 6 boxes of ammunition with the gun). They insisted that the serial number listed on our account was the same but it was definitely a different gun. This was a family heirloom that was to be passed down to our youngest daughter, as promised. We told them to keep the gun but we don't see how they can do this sort of thing with a clear conscience.
