I said, "I just want some advice on managing my tax exposure on an annual basis". How long do you think that will go on????" You are not safe in the market, now. Although the firm markets itself under Dimov, my return was handled by someone else entirely, with no clear ownership or accountability. More concerning, I was asked to pay based on incomplete, placeholder estimates before critical items like CA Form 592-B credits and depreciation were finalized. On top of that, I was required to sign a liability waiver before they would even proceed--essentially shifting all risk to the client. For a paid tax service, this level of disorganization, lack of transparency, and risk transfer is unacceptable. I would not recommend this firm.
