Given the uniformly perfect scores and highly favorable reviews Loupe Digital received, we decided to try them. The photo is a panoramic one. We explained we wanted only that shape in true colors. James listened carefully and understood exactly our concerns about the panoramic shape and true color quality of the turquoise shades of sea, the sky and the sand. We chose the exact size for the true color prints from image sizes he displayed on his computer. We selected one that was just right. In consultation with James and Michael, we then chose the frameless acrylic frame in which the print would be sealed. We got the framed print back today. What we got far exceeded that: it looks and feels like we are back there. It's a fantastic panoramic true color print in a sealed floating frame. We expected very good. Started off ok but started to get worried by the 4th time they asked me to again describe the scope of work I needed to get done. The fifth time was when they had received the artwork to be scanned along with my letter (which they discarded) describing, again, what they needed to do in detail. I have now received the scanned artwork from them on a thumb drive and opened in PhotoShop. They did not enlarge the artwork and sent it back to me the same size. I paid a RUSH charge and have received three weeks later for what normally takes about 1/2 hour to do. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, complete incompetence.

I brought in my camera for service/cleaning because there was a weird spot in the lens. I purchased…read morethe lens from a camera store in Indiana (on eBay) and it was sold to me as blemish-free... but that spot was there in most of my images. Camera Wholesalers did extensive testing with my lens and two of their own lenses, including a brand-new one. They also did a super-detailed look at the sensor. It turns out the spot was internal to the used lens and couldn't be repaired in-house, but the owner of Camera Wholesalers talked me through the options and costs. I ended up returning the lens to Indiana for a full refund, which was accomplished based on CW's investigation. I feel badly that I couldn't afford a new lens from CW, but they have exactly what I need in stock and the service is exceptional. They've earned a customer for life for any camera issue, and when I finally start making some money in photography I will purchase my new stuff from them exclusively! In the mean time I figured an epic review couldn't hurt. Go there. Support them. They are great.
