Please read thoroughly…read more I contacted Miss Linn when my father was in hospice care and given 30 days to live. He is now in his last stages of life and I needed a trust drawn up immediately. They did come through very quickly, but don't think that didn't come at a cost, they charged $250 travel fee to come to my parents house in the villages literally 2 miles from where they're at. They proceeded to charge them $2500 for a family trust to Drawn up. One of the most crucial things that if not, the most important was to contact all their financial institutions. The binder was left on our doorstep with all of their financial information in it, and when I went through it, I noticed that two letters needed to be sent to Vanguard And first Citizens Bank when I emailed Maria the paralegal she absolutely was incredibly rude to me, said that I had to mail them mind you the letters didn't even have the address of the institutions on them. It was left blank. I had no idea that I was to send these papers. I was paralegal in Pennsylvania, and this was never common practice. The law firm is paid to do this kind of work then I received a message from Miss Linn . She called me on my phone was incredibly rude and she even has a parent in hospice or in a caretaker position when I said, I didn't feel that it was my job to contact these financial institutions and my parents were 85 and cannot drive. She was highly offended, but then offered to help me bring them back and they would mail them out. We thought that everything was in order until yesterday. We had visited my dad in the hospice house and he has just days to live and she called Vanguard to make sure they had received their letters. Yes, in fact they did, but they sent only the instructions not the form to add Transfer over to the beneficiary of his funds. He has two accounts, so nothing was in order. This should've been taken care of first and foremost, but it was not. I emailed Maria and I told her they can even call me if they need to yell at me for nothing. Catherine Lynn said that she did us a favor by drawing up this trust in such a limited time she didn't know such favor we paid her in full with a check close to $3000. In fact, we had to write a separate check for the 250 travel fee. I contacted Pittman law and my my family extended family has used them for their trust and I should have stuck with my gut and used Pittman Linn did not complete the necessary paperwork to send to the financial institutions and left us behind the eight ball as we are now in the final stage of my dad's life. Fortunately they sent the form over and I have to overnight it forever $50 myself while dealing with the grief of losing my father My mother, Marlene Hornick, and I do not recommend this firm I'm sure they will try to get this taken down, but it will just be reposted under my mother's name Do your homework ask a lot of questions, but I suggest using another firm

This person was clearly having an extended lunch with a friend. Had to ask for assistance as there was an appointment mix-up. This person offered us bottled water, but never produced . The friend I gave a ride to had to ask for the offered water. Clearly, this office personnel wanted to be done for the day. Not a very good first impression. Not an opportunity to have a legal experience on this visit.

You go for advice and /or protection for yourself or a loved one. You pay such high rates going to a large firm because you have the expertise of a large staff at your attorney's disposal. What you get is them taking their ever loving time while you are in distress. You don't get a group of professionals so don't pay such high fees. Your family is not protected. They don't listen so the motions they file are incorrect. You get them taking away your right to a trial without asking (civil or criminal ). You get them not understanding what the Judges responses mean so they charge you to tell you they don't get it and then you get billed for them asking another attorney and you not only have to pay them for not understanding but you are to pay the other attorney they asked. Still no one else knew so you have to find a new attorney and pay for an attorneys advice. So save yourself some anguish and leave these guys alone to do the ambulance chaser stuff like Morgan and Morgan.

Imagine the very best attorney in the USA and you have discovered "Sham" Shanawany. First of all,…read morewe were impressed with his professional office and well-trained courteous staff members. We were very comfortable in how everyone followed recommendations related to the coronavirus pandemic. Secondly, we were assisted on time with no delays on our appointment times. Mr. Shanawany helped us to make a family trust, and he did not hesitate to answer each and every question in a clear and concise manner that illuminated our minds above legal jargon. That ability to communicate is a unique skill that is not common in discussions with the average attorney. In general, I was always more confused dealing with attorneys when I came out of their office than when I went in. We were made to feel that our will was his priority, and he explained options of how best to achieve our wishes in order to get our affairs in proper order. As we all get elderly, there comes a time when trust is needed. In a world today filled with the sins common in human nature, Mr. Shanawany assured us of the necessary steps to take care of our loved ones after we pass away. It is important to note that he never looked at his watch and gave eye contact. He did not make us feel rushed. He did not make one spouse feel stupid for asking a question that might not be on topic. With patience, understanding, and compassion he communicated with professional and knowledgeable expertise. Mr. Shanawany has a passion for people and his genuine desire to help others is sincere. We highly recommend him to become your attorney. In fact, we intend to continue to use his services and recommend him to all of our friends and acquaintances. I was under the mistaken impression that you get what you pay for, but let me assure you that services were provided at reasonable rates. For genuine peace of mind, hire his services today. We have a huge burden taken off of our shoulders as our business affairs are now complete. May God Bless Mr. Shanawany forever! Mr. & Mrs. L. Crafton

There was an initial meeting, a meeting to review the plan, and a final meeting to receive the documents and settle the account. The offices were clean and neat and not riddled with unnecessary decorum. A very good overall experience and I feel like I was in very confident hands. You may need to wait awhile for an appointment. The wait is worth it.
