AVOID this ABSOLUTE JOKE of a company!! It's taken me a lot of courage to write this review, but people should know about this company. First arranged visit - Nobody shows up. No phone call, no explanation or even an apology. After phoning to complain and speaking to a clueless woman and then a "manager" called Rob(?) (who seemed to be talking into a muffler - I couldn't understand a word) a second visit was arranged. This time the two fitters were 5 and a half hours late! But at least some work was going to be done. Or so I thought. After about half an hour of them being in my house, I wondered how everything was going, so went to have a peek. I found one fitter wondering around and looking through my bedroom, while the other had decided he'd go and use the bathroom and have a spray of all of my husbands aftershaves! NOTHING had been done and at this point I asked them to leave. It gets worse I'm afraid - later that night I found that some VERY personal possessions were missing. The kind of "possessions" that would have been hidden and you don't want to phone up and complain about if you know what I mean!
