Moved and put back all furniture in fully furnished house. Covered all furniture when painting. Removed all paintings, filled holes, and sanded. Accurate lines, no drips or splatters. Texted if they had any questions. Swept floors when finished. Clearly labelled remaining paint cans and stored in garage. He provided me the quote which I accepted and arranged that he would contact me to set up a time to complete the work. Two weeks went by and no word. I called the main office who advised me that they would have Sohail contact me. Three days went by, no call from anyone. I finally called from a different phone and got Sohail on the line. He assure me that he would look at his schedule and call me back in a couple of hours. Four days later no word. Other than wasting my time, I can't comment on their workmanship. However, if their customer service is a reflection of their work, then I would not ever use them nor recommend them. I would not recommend this company.

Last summer I took two of my 45-year-old fiberglass Eames armchair shells here to get painted and I…read moream extremely satisfied. The finish was perfect and durable. Yes, it was a bit of a trek from Toronto but they do an excellent job, is reasonably priced and if you can drive to Burlington on off-peak traffic you could get there in less than half an hour. I had a quick and accurate quote easily done online which you can upload photos. I dealt with Janet and Janelle who are really nice, friendly and knowledgeable. For $90 each chair they sanded down the surface, cleaned it with TSP and sprayed two coats of high quality Sherwin Williams enamel paint. You have a choice of various sheens and you simply give them the Sherwin Williams code of the colour you want, so you can't get any simpler than that. They also did an excellent job in masking the rubber puck mounts on the chair before painting and I was even given a small can of the same paint if I needed to do any touchups or repair work in the future. Nothing is too big or too small for them. They have done a lot of chairs from wood to wicker to outdoor Adirondak chairs, and they also do kitchen cabinet door spraying, so it seems like they could paint almost anything.

We were out of town unexpectedly for the week and late picking up. The last telephone message we received from Janet was curt, threatening us with a late pick up charge. Who does that and expects repeat business? Alarmed by the call we rushed down the next day and were shocked to find everything covered in a blanket of dust. Despite using blankets we found paint stains in our vehicle and later stuck to our carpet and wall. In her care and 3 weeks later the paint still wasn't cured! The paint had been improperly dried between coats and had literally lifted off the surface on points of contact. For what we paid, the pressure tactics, the shoddy workmanship, we could have done a better job ourselves, without being treated like someone on a collections agency's calling list.
