He was recommended by quite a few people that I know. I took my desktop computer to him and he told me that it was fixed. 3 days later it still had the same old issue of shutting down. I took him at his word of a guarantee. He called me and told me that he could not fix it and NOT to return.... Believe me I will NOT. minutes ago   I took my daughters iPad in to get a new screen and the experience was great. 2 days later the iPad home screen button was not working so I took it in and the guy put a home button on her screen to use until it could get fixed. When i took it in for that to get fixed the guy told me if he could not correct the problem he would replace the iPad. He had the iPad for 2 months after that with no communication other than me calling to see what that status was. He said that her screen was not working correctly because of a charging port problem. We never had a problem with the iPad until taking it to this place. I took it there to replace the screen. I had the iPad for 8 months before taking it to Absolute Computer. I left 3 voicemails to the company with no return calls. . Finally, I just went to pick the iPad up and he said it was not fixable. I paid $150 to get the screen repaired and the other problems happened after the repair. I definitely would not recommend this place. Shady. Go straight to Apple with the problems, this place is a nightmare! read more

Okay so I went to get a tablet fixed here. Dropped it off with no call about it for a week. Called the extremely obese guy behind the counter who probably spends most of his day eating instead of working.... he said the screen for the tablet was lost on a truck. Picked the tablet up after another 4 days with no call back or answered phone calls from him. He told me to just wait =) they will have the part and call when it arrives. Another week and a half goes by no call. Call back... leave messages with no answers and call backs lol. Finally get them to answer by blocking my number.... oh HOLY COW do you have my part? No! I have not been able to track one down from another supplier. So after almost 4 weeks of dealing with this... for a replacement screen he was going to charge me 140$ to fix... that takes 45 mins to replace... I now will be taking the tablet to a person that actually gets things done. Not one who just chooses to stuff his face all day with food playing WOW! Seriously avoid this place at all cost. Even if you have to drive an extra thirty mins to an hour at least it will get finished! Crap customer service and over priced labor cost! read more
