This shows the nursery's confidence in the care they provide - they're not afraid for you to see your child at any moment. Unlike some nurseries that try to "prepare" the child before pick-up, here you can always see your child just as they are - clean, happy, and well cared for. 2. Friendly and Supportive Staff The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their positive attitude shows that the environment is healthy, non-toxic, and genuinely nurturing. 3. Stable and Experienced Team Another major strength of this nursery is staff consistency. Your child doesn't get a new key worker every month - many of the staff have been working there for over 10 years. This reflects great management and a truly family-like atmosphere. I'm deeply thankful for the love, care, and stability the team has provided for Elijah. However, inside is a safe and friendly space for kids and youth to participate in a variety of programs. A gymnasium hosts various sporting events and the classroom-type rooms upstairs lean toward less physical activities. Graffiti along the inside walls ensures the space is adolescent friendly and not at all like a school. I was in one of the upstairs rooms, assisting with back to back workshops sessions put on by the Little Green Pig Writing Project. It was great, creative fun for youth 7 - 16. I recommend a) getting involved as a volunteer with the Centre or b) getting the kids you know into some of the great programs!
