They charged me money for shop fees, and the only reason I was there was to get the recall done. They acted angry that I wasn't willing to spend the $1600. I've dealt with Toyota for years and I've bought 10 vehicles, and I've never had a dealer tell me I needed this preventative maintenance. I feel they're very dishonest, telling me I needed these services. I wouldn't bring a bicycle to them to be serviced. Norm Jacobson
