They had appointments available for later in the evening and overall had a pretty flexible schedule . I made an appointment for 9 am on Wednesday morning . A 20 euro deposit is required to set up an appointment but of course the money goes to the final payment. I showed Nicole the photo of what I wanted and she was very kind and listened carefully . They gave me there email address to send in the photo so they could have the sketch prior to my arrival . On Wednesday morning my appointment went flawlessly. This was my first tattoo experiences but I am positive it was a very high quality one . We arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment time and we were helped right away . The studio is extremely sanitary and clean it is also quite beautiful in my opinion . Very spacious with the white walls and comforting. I was a bit nervous as I didn't know what to expect but Nicole's calming and cool manner made any anxieties go away . She was very professional and had everything very organized . The total process took maybe 15 minutes total but the tattoo itself perhaps only 7 minutes . Nicole did an absolutely flawless job . She was exact and did exactly what I had hoped for. I completely recommend this studio and I appreciate the service so much ! Grazie Cuore Nero !
