He blessed me by giving up his own profit to advise me how to use the terminal parking which made a complete difference for me because nobody wants to come out that time of night and he also advised me how to use the proper one because I have early onset Alzheimer's and I probably would've been able to find my car in the long-term policy so he told me to use the short term since I'm only going to be gone for eight days. Colorado, Denver, Mobile and Travers City. the TSA attendant in Colorado Springs informed her and I that she needed to apply for the Real ID and he was very kind and let us on the flight, no issues. we live in small rural Alabama, went to apply for real ID as soon as the office opened that next Tuesday Morning... they gave me the receipt, and a paper copy of the ID. flew out of Alabama, showed paperwork- zero issues. now to fly home from TC Michigan.... the snarky TSA attendee says "it's not our fault other airports don't follow the rules. proceeds to inform us to fill out the very superficial form and pay $45 before she can fly... makes her take shoes off, pats her down ect, all because she didn't actually have the plastic copy of the "real ID". the tag office said it could take up to 30 days for it to arrive, and we have a flight already scheduled and had no other issues. it was a very frustrating experience for her and I. clearly there is discretion and they did not have to be so puffed up, rude and humiliating

BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES…read more We paid $1,000 up front for the bus. I tipped the driver $100 upon entry of the bus, thinking I was doing him a solid. At the end of the trip, the driver stated that I still owed $100 because there was a "mandatory 20% gratuity fee" nobody made us aware of. Absolute trash. Would never book this company again or recommend this bus to anyone. This was for our wedding. STAY AWAY!

I've seen bus drivers bark orders at people and right down treated them rudely! I even saw bus drivers getting into arguments on the busses with riders. Other riders even ganged up on rider/riders due to bus driver(s) fault(s). So unprofessional! Bata dispatch sucks too! Even if busses show they have skipped people.

I love a small airport and TVC is no exception!…read more We recently traveled in and out of TVC as there is a direct flight on Allegian from Mesa AZ to this airport twice a week. Unfortunately on our way in, we had to detour to Flint for a quick stop due to a runway issue, but clearly that was a unique circumstance and I digress... It did take a bit longer than expected to get our checked bags on the way in and the employees were not the friendliest on the return, but rental car process was pretty smooth and who doesn't love Traverse City and the surrounding area. There are not many bells and whistles and the sitting area can get a bit crowded, but bathrooms were clean and you can fill your water here no problem. I think there are some vending machines and one small cafe for food and beverage and possibly a bar too. We were cutting it close on our return so I didn't stop at any of these places, but my son managed to get some popcorn from the vending machine. I would absolutely fly in and out of this airport again in the future.
