From my initial contact with…read moreJosh, he was timely at getting back in touch and communicating with me and setting a time for an estimate. The estimate for the job seemed very fair. Josh advised a timetable as they had several jobs ahead of me. My project was delayed a little bit because of rain, but Josh communicated with me regarding this. The job was completed and included a couple of small repairs to my pavers. The entire crew was professional, polite, and respectful of my home which I very much appreciate it. I don't often give 5 stars across the board, but Josh and Paver Sealing Plus Inc deserve that rating.

McGee and Sons were incredibly responsive from our first call for a quote to setting up a time to come out to do the work and following through to completion. If there was a slight delay in arriving, we received a courtesy call from Patrick, the owner, to say when they would be arriving. This is the type of company we love to do business with. All were friendly, very competent, hard working and most important they do what say they will do. If there is an issue with anything, they come back to correct it. We can't speak highly enough of them and so with full confidence we recommend them. Jan & Geoff St Augustine Fl

Well, for my piece of mind I wanted to make her walk a little safer when she is outside. I did a lot of research of company's in the surrounding areas and I found Paver Pro Restoration & Sealing. Their people were AWESOME!!!! I was able to get 95% of the hard stuff done over the phone and through E-mail. As traveling back and forth was not a possibility. They developed a "picture" for me of how the job would look and gave me a lot of insight and advice on what would work best for my mom and her yard. I was truly astonished that Sarah made the effort to make suggestions that were based on functionality and not on profit. I was willing and wanted to pay for a more extensive design but, her advice made for a more functional area that works much better for my mom then what I had envisioned. With the added bonus of lowering the total cost by 6% because of removing the "fluff" that I had originally thought was needed. I was not able to be there for the installation but, Mike and Shane made sure to keep me updated on the progress and called me several times with questions and to let me know when they ran into unforeseen problems. I would highly recommend Paver Pro to anyone that is looking for any work related to their walkway, driveway, pool area, etc.

I could not have asked for a better result. The fence line is magnificent, the workmanship superb, and the overall cost was beyond fair when considering that the materials (3/4" stained and weather proofed pickets) are of the highest quality and board on board. Writing this review is very much a surprise for me because I have been meaning to write a…read morecompletely different one. We have used Pristine twice now. Both times, the team showed up on time, were pleasant and did a great job. After the first time, my husband even wrote a glowing review in our "Next Door" community. Based on recent events, my husband has taken down his review and I am now unable to write the glowing review I had planned and here is why. Pristine cleaned our windows a few weeks ago. We thought they did a great job. For the most part they did. After they left though, later that night, we noticed that the glass panel in our front door was all of a sudden foggy. We are observant people so we know it wasn't like that the way before the windows were washed. We didn't make much of it, as we just figured we would call Brandon and he'd know how to fix it. We figured maybe it was a chemical residue that he could remove. We weren't worried. What transpired next was both a shock to us and just completely unprofessional. Brandon immediately went on the defensive, accusing me of accusing him of ruining our door panel. He wasn't interested in what the problem was, just in defending his company. It was an irrational, crazy conversation; one I thought would play out quite differently. Did he think we were trying to get a free door panel from him?!?! After a few texts back and forth, he agreed to come and take a look at it. That was March 21st. On April 3rd, he still had not come. So I texted him again, not wanting to get on the phone with him again. He did not respond. I texted him two days later. He did not respond. Later that day I said, ok I guess I will air my grievance in my review. That got his attention and he texted back right away. He said he'd be over tomorrow. He did not show up. He did not call to say he wouldn't show up. That was 6 days ago. So here I am warning all of you to NOT hire Pristine. If everything goes great, then you'll be okay, but should you have any problem of any kind, they will not have the attitude of "how can we make this better," as any good business should have. They will leave you high and dry; make you feel like you are a terrible person who is clearly trying to get away with something. People who know me for 5 minutes know I am not that person and I am deeply offended by his words and his actions. And his inactions. In my opinion, they are not worth the risk. There are plenty of other window washing companies out there that conduct themselves with integrity and treat their clients with respect.
