There is a very large outdoor area filled with flowers, shrubs, ornamental grasses, trees, patio gear, etc. The staff is very knowledgeable, and willing to answer any question you have...except. Except when I asked for the Wi-Fi password for the guest access, they claimed that they did not know the password, or that it wasn't working. Hmmm, there was a strong signal on both the private and guest WiFi, so that answer didn't sit well with me at all. I'll deduct a star for that. Large parking area just off Highway 151, east of Highway 13.

BUYER BEWARE!! Last year we hired Culver's for our backyard…read morelandscaping. It was not a small project, and why we went with what we thought was the best company around and paid a PREMIUM for the work. A month after we noticed water was not draining off half the yard, it just sits there going nowhere creating a huge muddy mess making the yard completely unusable. We were told it's our problem and the job is to extensive for Culver's to fix and we would have to hire someone else. This is after spending nearly 33k on our project. After several months and attempts to get the owner to come inspect their work we have yet to hear from anyone. I guess putting in drainage tile is to extensive of a job for a landscaping company. I expected better customer service after giving them our business.
