Melissa is simply great! She not only switched around her schedule to accommodate me, she also checked in with me while I was in the hospital to make sure we were still on track with the picture time( newborn pics are usually taken within 2 weeks of the baby's birth). On the creative end she listened to my ideas and did her hardest to recreate my vision. I wanted lots of colors and a picture created with Diwali(festival of lights) theme in mind. Melissa did not the necessary research and even went to purchase several items to make things happen perfectly. During the day of the shoot she as quick,efficient and truly a baby whisperer. My baby slept through the entire shoot! Her studio is also perfect with the temperature adjust for the baby's comfort. She has diapers, breast pump, baby wipes, hand sanitizers, in short all essentials needed for new moms and babies. She also has a nook for snacks for the parents and outfit options for moms to wear at the shoot. I also got my pictures within 2 weeks which was amazing. Additionally, even after getting the pictures I was not happy with one particular picture and Melissa did her damnest to make it better including offering to retake the pic. I took a private photography lesson with Michael Moreland to learn how to use my new DSLR and had a…read morewonderful experience. Initially I was signed up for a group lesson but he offered a private lesson at no extra charge to accomodate my vacation schedule. He held the lesson at his studio in Roswell which was easy to find and breathtakingly beautiful. For the first hour we went over my camera controls and discussed basic exposure concepts. He was a wonderful teacher and had a great way of simplifying the concepts of apeture, shutterspeed and ISO. He also explained how the settings on my camera display and computer monitor need to be just right to know exactly how my printed photo's will look. I had never thought of this before and it made all the difference. After the classroom lesson we went outside to a number of picturesque spots on the property so I could practice my skills. My neighbor tagged along to act as my model and I got some great shots. No, I GOT A TON OF AMAZING SHOTS!!! I couldn't believe how his coaching allowed me to get high-end professional shots with my entry-level DSLR. If I didn't know better I would have guessed they were taken with a $5k camera and by a seasoned professional. I left his studio energized and reinspired to embrace creative photography all over again. Now that I have the fundamentals down I can finally get the results I've always wanted. Since my lesson Mike continues to stay in touch and I don't hesitate to ask advice on new lenses and lighting equipment so I can continue to expand my scope and creativity. I would recommend him to anyone who is currently dabbling in photography or just wants to get the most from their camera. The two hour lesson was just the beginning for me...

My sister had One Moment More Photography do their wedding photos. They super exceeded any…read moreexpectations we may have had. For a wedding they come out with a minimum of two photographers but try to have three on hand. They were super nice and professional and got every single shot that one could think of. What I loved most about the photos is that they captured the moment. With the exception of the few have to have it shots none of the photos were staged or prompted they were all taken at the moment. The smiles in the photos are genuine and the shots are amazing. I see they also do some pretty spectacular baby bump and baby shots. I will definitely use One Moment More photography for all of my professional photography needs!
