Shout out to Michael, Zack, Joe Jr., Santiago, Trenton, and Andrea (I think that is the office gals name - if not I am so sorry). All outstanding in helping me and outstanding in building beautiful gates and an enclosure that is secure and I am so enamored with the new look, I could not be happier!!! Thank you so much to all of your for your hard work, all the digging (yep they hit rock), planting posts, putting up a beautiful fence and gate and two large ,swinging gates that Trenton did alone after the guys planted the square metal posts. So impressive to see such hard-working guys all getting along and all so polite and really nice.

The service contact was shockingly unprofessional. Following a simple, professional inquiry to see…read moreif the small credit card fee might be included in the price of service, I received the following email reply: "If $400 is a lot for a single post, post cap, ties, concrete, lag screws, 2x4's, time for the office to call 811, and this is not including the tools needed to do this project, then go get everything and do it yourself." I was shocked and surprised to receive such a reply. Perhaps Brooke was having a bad day, but this isn't the kind of communication that engenders trust or even safety as a customer.

I met several times at their office to go over my plans and expectations for my project. Mr. Torres met me on several occasions out at the property so there would be clear communication as to what I wanted and where I wanted it. I am building a barndominium and contracted this company to lay the foundation. The framing went up and the concrete poured a few days later (slight delay due to rain). The work came off smoothly and he met my expectations. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Mr. Torres and his company.

100% happy with RE Bath. The epitome of small business and excellent service and quality. From the…read moremoment we entered the business just to see what was available we were treated with courteousness and friendliness. The owner personally showed us around to all the different models as we were shopping for a walk in shower for safety for my parents as they are getting older and less capable of using a step-in shower. After spending at least 45" with us and answering all of our questions, we set up a time for an employee to come visit our home for a free estimate. We ended up going with a walk-in that we personally customized based on several options for walls/flooring/seat/shower head/etc. The finished product looks amazing and we have so much peace of mind now knowing my parents are easily able to use their shower without risk of falling/breaking a hip/etc. If anyone is looking To make their home shower safer for aging parents this is DEFINITELY the place I'd recommend. Installation only took 2 1/2 days and they hauled off the old bath tub for free. Follow up calls were also placed by the owner who made sure my parents were 100% satisfied. Our family highly recommends RE Bath in Abilene for their excellent customer service, quality, and competitive pricing, and we would happily use them for any future needs. Thank you!
