This company is disorganized with a big lack of communication. After voicing my dissatisfaction…read morewith the customer service to an employee, the owner called to tell me he "DOESN'T GIVE A F***" if I post a review, so here we are. They started on our fence a week early without telling us they moved us up in the schedule. We came home to our fence completely torn down and upset neighbors that had no warning. They would tell us they were coming to work on certain days and wouldn't show up. We'd have to call several different times to try and figure out what was going on. They also did a shoddy job in a corner and when we pointed out there was a big gap, the owner nailed a board on top as the solution (pic attached). We are now paying a contractor additional money to do the job right. I had planned to ignore the above issues and not give anyone a hard time. I recognize that things get busy sometimes and stuff happens. What finally led me to post a review was that phone call from the owner. Some of the pickets were bad and rotting and I told the owner that there were 3 I could see that were bad, but there may be bad ones on the neighbors sides as well. Our fence is getting stained next week and the pickets needed to be replaced before then. When his employee called from our house, I reiterated the above issue to him and that there may be additional bad pickets we couldn't see. The employee told me he was there just to replace 3 pickets and I'd need to call the owner again. That's when I let the employee know I was unhappy and immediately got a very aggressive call from the owner. Even if my request to check additional pickets was asking too much and they had to refuse, I would have at least hoped to be treated with some level of professionalism. After dropping thousands on a fence, we were very disappointed with how we were ultimately treated. Even without that last interaction, the overall experience felt disorganized and stressful.

Mr. Torres met me on several occasions out at the property so there would be clear communication as to what I wanted and where I wanted it. The owner personally showed us around to all the different models as we were shopping for a walk in shower for safety for my parents as they are getting older and less capable of using a step-in shower. After spending at least 45" with us and answering all of our questions, we set up a time for an employee to come visit our home for a free estimate. We ended up going with a walk-in that we personally customized based on several options for walls/flooring/seat/shower head/etc. The finished product looks amazing and we have so much peace of mind now knowing my parents are easily able to use their shower without risk of falling/breaking a hip/etc. If anyone is looking To make their home shower safer for aging parents this is DEFINITELY the place I'd recommend. You pay top dollar for sloppy work,…read morecheap look-a-like materials that they don't tell you aren't the real thing, took lots of shortcuts in their work, and they won't make it right when things go wrong. We didn't even see a partial refund much less the correction of the problems. They blamed us after everything instead of doing the right thing to fix the situation very unhappy. We were told by other builders that it wouldn't last with the first bad weather.
