Really good company, I have had many things done by them as have good friends of mine.
I will however state that one member of the team in particular is quite rude and lacks any form of basic people skills and his name is David.
Speaking with this person akin to having teeth pulled, his attitude is positively dire as he speaks with such an air of undeserved self importance, I have heard from various, fellow customers that he has closed the shop for periods of time which in other businesses would be detrimental to custom and if you mention anything about there being a dog (in a shop that sells expensive fabrics and items and the smell can be quite off-putting) you will be swiftly "greeted" (for want of a better word) with a snappy attitude, his telephone manner is even worse, as if you've caught your teenage child off guard, doing something they shouldn't.
David also locks the dog away in a cage at the corner of the shop when you walk in but that doesn't detract from the odour or the dog toys one has to step over in order to get anywhere, even mentioning those will garner you a rather unwarranted sarcastic quip.
I will continue doing business with Abercrombies as their services are excellent (if you're dealing with Chris or John). read more
