Dr. Zoo & Dr. Nicoletti are amazing vets who take care of my furries with kindness, love & compassion. I feel I can trust their knowledge and expertise, they partner with our family to help us make tough decisions in care, we do not trust anyone else to care for our babies. They are always there when we need them from routine check ups to critical needs to end of life moments they walk with us through every season and our family cannot express just how grateful we are. Thank you for taking care of our family. You are such a blessing to us.

I became a client with FAHF in January 2020 but parted ways in April 2026…read more I've had pets for 56 years and never known a veterinarian that is completely inaccessible. I am not requesting anything out of the norm just open communication regarding my pets. Most importantly, FAHF should all be on the same page regarding the information for my pets. When I did get an appointment with Dr. Zue for my pets health issue(s) that needed to be addressed her response was; "We will deal with it down the road." Nothing like the veterinarian not being invested. Yes, I have personally experienced this and it is an actual fact. Not an exaggeration!!! Dr. Zue relies on three specific staff members as she states: "She is only one person." However, these same staff members have a tendency to contradict Dr. Zue to the client. That is not reasurring nor an overwhelming endorsement. Let me state very clearly and concisely, that I have spoken at length with Dr. Zue and addressed many issues on multiple occasions so we could maintain a good relationship. However, Dr. Zue's response; "She is overworked and understaffed." That is absolutely not the client's fault nor their problem. Our last conversation was on 4/27/26 (after my pets surgery) because her surgical staff was contradicting her discharge documents as well as being highly condescending and disrespectful to me, the client. I wanted a clear understanding regarding the post surgery directions for my pet. This was in no way shape or form too much to ask from Dr. Zue who just performed the surgery. Dr. Zue decided to address the situation by sending me an insulting email stating; "That she will respond to me when time permits which may take her multiple days. If I need a response sooner I will have to pay for a tele-health appointment. This is the only suggestion she has based on her current workflow." Dr. Zue just performed surgery on my pet and this is her response!?! Also, the follow-up appointment for the surgery wasn't even with Dr. Zue it was scheduled with the technicians. Stating that, this all started when I picked up my pet after surgery and there was "NO" bandage on the paw. I was instructed by Keely to order a waterproof booty from Amazon. The surgerical area on my pets paw could not get dirty, wet, or even be licked on by my pet as an infection could set in but it was my job to place an order with Amazon and wait for the delivery. The instructions I received from Dr. Zue vs. Keely were completely different. When I questioned Keely, her attitude was extremely unprofessional. I told her to go get my pet, immediately, as I will not be spoken to in that manner. Approximately, five days later I contacted the vets office and expressed deep concerns that my pet was not eating and acting lethargic. "We will get a message to Dr. Zue." Quote - Unquote No response at all from Dr. Zue. I immediately found another veterinarian's office that was more than interested in caring for my pets. I contacted Mona, Practice Manager, and requested all my pets records from FAHF be transferred immediately to this new veterinarian's office. Mona was completely shocked by my request and wanted to know if I had a message for Dr. Zue? My answer was; "NO!" 1) The new veterinarian gave my pet a thorough examination. 2) The new veterinarian could not believe my pets paw was not bandaged appropriately after a surgerical procedure. They cleaned the paw and bandaged it immediately. Then we put the booty on that I ordered from Amazon. Also, my pet is wearing a donut around her head. a) weekly check-ups to change the bandage for at least one month. 3) The new veterinarian was utterly appalled regarding the medications that Dr. Zue prescribed my pet as all of them cause gastric ulcers. No wonder my pet was suffering! A full work up was completed on my pet with new medications prescribed. My faith and trust was clearly misplaced with Dr. Zue as she was negligent and made such gross errors in medical judgment regarding my pet. Her reckless disregard could have killed my pet!!! This review is solely based on the truth and pure facts. Any response from Dr. Zue, owner, FAHF is 100% superfluous!!! REPLY TO DR. ZUE, OWNER: YOUR RIDICULOUSLY LENGHTLY RESPONSE MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE AT ALL. YOUR RESPONSE IS POINTING FINGERS AND BLAMING THE EX-CLIENT. WHAT ARE YOU BLAMING THE EX-CLIENT FOR EXACTLY? "LOVING AND CARING FOR THE OVERALL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF MY PETS!!!" STOP STANDING ON YOUR PEDISTAL AND PRAISING YOURSELF - IT IS DISGUSTING AND UTTERLY APPALLING. YOU WERE NEGLIGENT AND MADE VERY SERIOUS MEDICAL ERRORS IN JUDGEMENT AND MY PET SUFFERED THE CONSEQUENCES. YOU DID NOT LIVE UP TO THE VETERINARIAN'S OATH AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR CALLING YOURSELF A PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE EVERY OUNCE OF PROOF ON MY SIDE TO BACKUP THESE FACTS!!!

We have been taking our Golden Retriever Abby to Falcon Pass for several years and they have always…read morebeen friendly. Recently we took Abby in for an issue with her front left leg causing her to limp significantly. We had noticed a lump on her left shoulder and thought it could be related to the issues with her left leg. We communicated this concern several times with Dr. Sunderland who was performing Abby's exam and she repeatedly told us that it was just Abby's breast bone we were feeling. They took X Rays and didn't see anything significant and prescribed medication for pain and inflammation. We were told that if her condition didn't improve within a couple of weeks to call them back. Abby showed no improvement after taking the medication so we contacted the vet and received a referral to MEDVET speciality healthcare. After a thorough examination at MEDVET, the doctor was concerned with the mass in the region of the pre-scapular lymph node and the lameness on the left side that they are related. This was the same mass we had previously discussed with Dr. Sunderland who repeatedly stated we were just feeling her breast bone. The MEDVET doctor has recommended a CT to determine what might be involved with the mass and to determine what further actions might be required. Very disappointed that Dr. Sunderland at Falcon Pass did not make the same diagnosis.
