When I called to complain I was put off and told it wasn't a good time to talk. They do not care about their clients and will ignore your requests for help especially after you sign for your home. Also beware that they send the worst and most inexperienced realtors out if they know you are a first time buyer looking for a home. On top of that the majority of their 4 star reviews on google have been obtained against googles policy of not soliciting 4 star reviews. These reviews were solicited by using mailers offering chances to win things if the recipient gave a 4 star review meaning they were falsely obtained. Buy from them at your own risk.

I flew in from California to find out property had serious problems with water in the basement, which were never disclosed by the seller or ever mentioned by the agent. Closing canceled. Their agent did not disclose obvious facts about the property thinking I was a complete idiot. Instead of working to resolve the issue they simply ignored me and refused to return calls. Wasted money on plane tickets , appraisal and and they are refusing to return my earnest money. Attorney is now involved. Worst ever experience ever
