You can feel the difference from the moment you step in. You are met with genuine smiles from the staff who are super friendly and inviting. They listen to you and answer all your questions. The hotel is super clean as you will see staff cleaning the walls, the rails and the bathrooms at all times. They offer a delicious breakfast as you can see by the pics. The hotel is located near a lot of other things. We were able to walk or catch an uber to the Basilica de la Virgen de Guadalupe, lucha libre, Roma Norte, Chapultepec, Palacio de Bellas Artes, and el Zócalo to name a few. We booked a tour with a guide through the hotel to Xochimilco and Coyoacán. It is very easy to get to places and you can do a lot of shopping near the hotel. There are even places like Little Caesars, McDonald's, Chili's or KFC nearby if you are truly missing those. Anyway, on our next trip to CDMX, we know who we are booking with.
