Our Miele Vacuum powerbrush pivot locked and needed repair. ABC Vacuum diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it while we waited. The problem was a broken plastic part caused by the way the extension tube was placed and locked in the socket. The staff showed us how to insert the tube correctly without breaking it. The staff was courteous, knew the product and Miele dealers in the area, and proved to be very competent. We will rely on them in the future for all vacuum issues. read more
