Reminded again why I try to avoid taking ABC.. On Sunday I went to get in a cab and before he had left the parking lot he said he didnt have debit so he couldnt take me since I didnt have cash. I got out, started to walk, realized I had left my phone in the car and I called the company within the hour after I got home. Repeated calls inquiring, with no return calls as promised, they said that they cant look up what vehicle went to a call at the location at that time, and that the dispatcher that day was a student and wouldnt be in till saturday, so they couldnt check until then if he remembered who he had sent out. Been using them for a while and drivers are nice but this man when I called told me I owe money WHICH IS UNTRUE!(I keep logs of all my transactions) he insisted I owe money then hung up on me after making that false claim. This taxi company is terrible. I called last night on Sept. 28, 2019 for a cab from Shawarma Queen to my address. I told the ABC taxi agent on phone I am currently at Shawarma Queen restaurant and need a cab for my address, for some reason the agent was probably deaf and misheard me and told the cab to go to Superstore.
