My daughter feels loved at this facility and is growing so much! The best part so it feels more like a home environment with all the love and care instead of a daycare! The owners are abysmal. They lied and tried to say that our kid had Thrush when the doctor we took him to at Graves Gilbert said that he didn't. The owner tried to access our child's medical records by calling up the healthcare provider and demanding his records, then (after being obviously refused) she tried to tell us what he had - pretending to have accessed his health records. Lying, violating HIPAA (which they knew nothing about), leaving children unattended, cleaning with 'homemade' cleaning products... It's a bad and unhealthy atmosphere for kids. Horrible place. Unorganized, unclean, unprofessional. Called child services on me after my child got croup from there disgusting place and I brought it to there attention. They screamed and yelled at me pushing me and my child out of the door all bc I asked of her well being, food intake and cleaning practices. Saying I was drugging my child (while she was on prescribed medication for croup caught from there) called me a nut job while they were the ones screaming and pushing at us.. My child was there for 7 days if that says anything. They blame everything on anyone instead of taking responsibility. I am disguated at myself for ever leaving my child a day in there care. Be careful.. They'll tear your life apart if you go against them. They seem to have done thia plenty being one of there outlandish threats and accusastions. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST DAYCARE IN THE BOWLING GREEN AREA. Mallori, the director is so unprofessional, she doesn't know how to properly run a business and it shows. I was originally told $90 for 3 days of care, we continued paying $90 per week for the past 4/5 weeks and all of a sudden we get a call saying we owe a fairly large amount of money because they had been mischarging us. They wrote me receipts every time I paid and no one caught the "mistake" until 5 weeks in. Then while discussing it over the phone the director literally stated "we don't do well with managing money" THATS CLEAR AS DAY LADY. If you want mediocre child care with dishonest, unorganized, unprofessional and straight up terrible caregivers (besides marilou, she was amazing) then this is definitely the place for you. I can't believe anyone would try to run a business like that, not have any prices stated in the signed agreement and expect to demand money from mistakes they should have never made. Seriously love this place. Never do I have to worry about my kids throughout my work day. They always accept them with open arms. The teacher even tells the children she loves them when I pick them up in the evenings! Also, it's not just about playing. My four year old is learning, a lot!!! It's nice to feel like their daycare is truly a part of the family. This place is awesome! read more
