If I could give more than five stars, I would. Choosing someone to care for your children is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make, and I can honestly say we hit the jackpot. From the very beginning, Enas, Ehab and family welcomed our family with open arms and treated our children with so much love, patience, and kindness. It never felt like we were dropping them off at daycare, it felt like we were leaving them with family. I've so appreciated her guidance over the years, she was truly my "village" since we didn't have family here. Every day, we knew our kids were in a safe, nurturing, loving and happy environment. The communication was always wonderful, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing how their days were going. Our children have absolutely thrived in Enas' care, and we are so grateful for the role her and her family have played in their lives. Watching them grow, develop and learn has been so incredible to watch and they are a big reason for this. The only reason we're leaving is because our family is relocating across the country to be closer to family. If we weren't moving, our children would absolutely still be with them. Leaving them is truly one of the hardest parts of this move. If you're looking for someone who will love your children as if they were her own, I cannot recommend ABC highly enough. Outstanding, amazing, wonderful, loving childcare. BOTH of our daughters attended ABC childcare (oldest 12mo-4.5yrs & youngest 7mo-2.5yrs) and received the most wonderful care! Enas is the absolute real deal and builds strong/loving/tender relationships with all children that brings comfort to working parents. --People constantly compliment us on how smart/bright our girls are, how well the play with others, and how helpful/polite they. But my husband and I can only take 50% as Enas has been instrumental in their development as they've grown over the years. --Days at ABC Childcare are very structured and full of fun; singing, circle story time, zoo-phonics, outdoor playtime. Children are also fed very well with wholesome meals, and nap times is practiced faithfully! Sadly our family is relocating to Southern California for work. My daughter started ABC Childcare in the Fall of 2020. As a 2 1/2 years old in a pandemic, she was safe, clean, nourished, and nurtured. It was more than we could have hoped for at that time. Enas treated my daughter as if she were her own, in fact, her own daughter was like a big sister to my daughter. Under Enas' care and structured schedule, she thrived and hit development milestones. Enas is an open communicator, she's honest about what is working out and if any concerns should be addressed. In July 2022, my 7 month old son began attending with my daughter. Like his sister, he has thrived under Enas' care. Enas and Ehab were amendable to our work schedule changes and they always give plenty of notice for planned closures. My daughter recently started kindergarten and her teacher was impressed with her development. I truly attribute Enas and her family with how prepared my daughter was for school. Finding ABC Child Care was such a blessing. Being a first-time mom, I had no idea what I was doing, but when I walked into Enas and Ehab's house I felt so welcomed. I knew I had found a wonderful place for my child to be cared for. They keep the place well organized and clean with lots of toys for the children. My daughter mentions all the fun she has playing in the backyard in the structures and cars. Over the years my daughter has surprised me with the things she has learned here: ABC's, counting, colors, and numerous songs. She has loved playing with her friends and dancing! We used ABC childcare for our daughter for about 10 months. Our daughter seemed happy and well taken care of. She always came home very clean. Drop off and pick up were quick and easy. I liked that my daughter had her meals there too. She seemed to learn a lot and she enjoyed socializing with other kids. When we first met Enas and Ehab, business appeared to be slower due to covid, and they promised that we could pause her enrollment for summer because I'm a teacher and I have summers off. We were told we could do this both verbally and through texts before we enrolled and during our time there. When business picked up they took this back and easily replaced our daughter with someone willing to pay the new rate (which was increased by 25%). When we asked if she could come back in August we were told that we would have to pay the new rate and possibly go on a waiting list. We were then told after some back and forth in May that we could bring her back in August. Now we are told that there is no space. So we are left scrambling to find childcare. Pros -our daughter appeared clean and well taken care of -the house is spotlessly clean -no having to pack a lunch -able to text during the day to check in -flexible with hours Cons -strict policies (kids need to stay home for all cold symptoms and payment procedures are very specific) -unclear communication about enrollment policies -no opportunity to connect with other families (we never knew how many other families were there) -it's a business operation first read more

Our two children attended ABC Child Care for almost three years, and we were very happy with them. Enas and Ehab run a tight ship, but they are also very nurturing and caring. Drop off and pick up was always quick and easy which I was grateful for because getting two kids out the door on time is never an easy feat! They are also very understanding and accommodating. The pandemic presented some challenges in getting childcare for our kindergartner. Enas and Ehab let us reenroll her so she could do her Zoom school there, even though this was outside the realm of their expertise. The best! Our 15 month old had never had care outside of her immediate family so we were a little worried about how daycare would go. Right from the start our daughter was relaxed and happy about seeing Enas and her friends at drop offs. She really adjusted to the routine perfectly. We all just adore Enas (and Ehab and her kids) -- she took such amazing care of our little girl for almost 4 years starting when she was 1-year-old. So something strange happened. The day after I left this review and had verbally agreed to more weeks of care, I was told that there wasn't any more room for my son because "someone might come along" I was pretty surprised not only to hear that, but that it was said in front of my child. I felt like I was not getting the entire story, but it's a business and I think they wanted someone to sign a contract and not do drop in care like we were doing. Even though we were paying more, because we were a "drop in". Now that I have had time to reflect on the situation there were some things that seemed not OK with my son being there. I don't want to say anything bad about the family as a whole. It was not the right place for us. I have had over three years of impeccable child care provided to my daughter by Enas and her family. We would still be attending to this day if we had not moved out of the area. My daughter was 3 months old when she was enrolled with ABC Child Care. I was a mess about being away from her, but she was more than fine! Not only did Enas take exceptional care of my daughter, but she also helped me through the separation anxiety. I knew then that I had made the perfect choice for my child. I cannot say enough good things about this place! My daughter was well cared for, well fed, had plenty of physical and mental stimulation, learned invaluable life lessons on interacting with others and her environment. My daughter called Enas "Mommy Two" until she was almost 2. The place was always spotless. Toys and décor were updated regularly based on the needs on the children. The children's time was well structured, but allowed flexibility for the children to learn. They always worked with me when my work schedule changed or when we forgot something (a cup, etc) from her diaper bag. I would get an update at the end of each day as to how my child's day went and she always came home with a project that she worked on in art or circle time and a song to sing home in the car. It is very difficult for me to think about enrolling my daughter in another child care or preschool, only because I'm afraid it will never compare to the love and support both she and I received from Enas. Everyone at ABC Child Care is amazing! My son had only been taken care of by family until he came here, so i was really selective when choosing a school/daycare for him. They were SO patient with us (me being a nervous helicopter mom, and my son being a die-hard mamas boy). There it is...he nailed it in just that statement. Two years ago after interviewing at least ten different child care services in between our home in Sausalito and my work place in San Rafael we finally decided to stick with my instinct and went with ABC Child Care. There has not been one moment I have ever felt I made the wrong decision. Enas and Ehab have been so incredibly profoundly wonderful that words cannot describe how much I and my daughter Caira are going to miss them. They are as many will say "One of a Kind". This review is long overdue. ABC Childcare is a hidden gem!! The prices are beyond reasonable for the area, the environment is top notch, and the attention they provide to the children is second to none. After having our first child, we were very nervous about the thought of leaving her with complete strangers. As the primary wage earner for our family, I had to go back to work when she was 3 1/2 months old. Enas helped make the transition as easy as possible for all of us. Our daughter loved going to daycare here. She had a huge smile on her face every day when Enas greeted us at the front door. She loved playing with her friends, and we knew she was always in good hands. The space is clean, colorful, and full of things to entertain and engage young children. Enas and Ehab both seem to be great with kids. Enas was also awesome about providing detailed feedback everyday so we were in the loop on all the things that mattered to us at the time. Sure, there were a few misunderstandings along the way, but what I think matters most is how your childcare provider reacts when there are issues. There are going to be bumps in the road, especially with first time parents who are trying to breastfeed/pump, work full time, commute 3 hours round trip, and function at a somewhat normal level despite severe and persistent sleep dep. ;) Anytime there was a misunderstanding, Enas and Ehab worked with us to resolve the issues and ensure we were happy/comfortable with the solution. You really can't ask for more than that. Sadly, we decided to leave California to move back to Indiana to be closer to family and lose our ridiculously long commutes. One of the hardest things about leaving was taking our 9 mo old daughter out of daycare because we knew how much she loved her time there. We were looking forward to her participating in the learning activities as she got older and enjoying the good organic food that Ehab and Enas provide on a daily basis! :) Enas has been great about staying in touch. She even sent our daughter a surprise gift for her first birthday... and "baby" is still her favorite toy to this day. If you're looking for a high quality alternative to the large daycare facilities at a super reasonable price, don't hesitate to check this place out. The best you could hope for in child care. We were so lucky to have found Enas and Ehab to care for our son for two years, starting when he was only six months old. He learned everything there from walking and talking to his letters, numbers, and how to get along with friends. Everyday he got to play and learn in a clean, safe, nurturing environment in a multi-age group. He was also provided nutritious meals in the morning and afternoon. Enas would give us feedback everyday on how he was doing, and she was always so kind and positive. We loved ABC child care! My daughter happily called it her "school" for an entire school year. Our schedules / commute changed so we had to leave, so I am hoping our new preschool is as clean, and as nice and flexible as Enas and Ehab were to us. Our daughter came in just after her first birthday and has developed so much since then and ABC child care played a major role in this. She came home singing songs, ABC's, counting - all things she learned at school - way before I thought she would be learning these things.. I was especially impressed with how clean and organized Enas and Ehab keep their home, including all the play areas. As a first time parent, it made me feel better to know that cleanliness was a priority - and I know the kids were cleaning up after themselves too! Our schedules are constantly changing so we were happy to know how flexible ABC child care was. Keeping the communication open helped and we never had any problems if we had to pick our daughter up earlier or later than planned. There aren't enough words to describe our amazing experience with ABC Child Care. Enas & Enab aren't only the most loving and amazing child care workers, they have become family! Before they started watching our son, he was withdrawn and not real verbal. Within WEEKS of being here, he was speaking in sentences and singing the ABC's!!! They love my son as if he's one of their own. A perfect example of their success is their own amazing son and daughter...2 of the sweetest and most polite kids I've ever met in my life. I can't say enough good things about ABC Child Care and Enas. They were both wonderful for the 9.5 months my son spent there (age 15 months to 2 years). Enas is incredibly caring, understanding and flexible. Great at communicating if there is any sort of issue (sickness, schedule change, etc.) and if you are just feeling anxious and want to check in during the day. The neighborhood is great and feels like a super safe place to leave your child, as well as their house specifically. Other parents were polite during pickup and dropoff. We just moved away and my son has been naming all of his friends (including Enas's daughter) before bed saying he'll see them tomorrow :'( He got sick much less often attending ABC Childcare, ran right inside when I dropped him off, but was still happy to see me at pickup. So glad I found this gem in San Rafael! My daughter (3.5 years old) loves it and Enas is just awesome with her. She keeps such a clean environment with so many learning toys and activities that keep the kids engaged. She serves some good organic food that keeps me from having to worry about packing a lunch and really, everyday my daughter comes home with completed worksheets and sings new songs, I just know she had a fun day of learning. My son attended ABC Child Care for 3 years, from age 2-5. Enas and Ehab takes great care of all the kids, are flexible with changes in our schedule and are so supportive in helping our son achieve the different stages of milestones, like potty training. My son has learned so much: from his ABCs, shapes, colors, and counting to reading, writing, and doing basic mathematics. I love that this daycare is ran like a school with a schedule, yet it has a home environment. My son thrived in this setting and he's become very social and loves to interact with people. I think his experiences with the kids younger than him helped a lot when I had my second child. My son loves to help out with the baby and is so gentle and kind with him. We love ABC Child Care! They offer a very clean and welcoming environment. When we moved to the area last year we were a little nervous about starting a new daycare. But Enas was so sweet. Our 2 year old son really loves coming here and learns so much! He is an only child so it is very important to us that he is in a group setting, where he can learn imperative social skills like sharing, communicating feelings, etc. We strongly feel that this is a great place for that! He can be a little shy in new settings but he has adopted this as his second home, constantly telling us about his friends, and the activities they participated in. We have been going here for 1.5 years and our son constantly expresses things that he has learned at school. Also, Enas is very attentive to his behavior, health and development. Not only does she keep me updated on what goes on daily in my child's life, but she notices when he has been learning new things at home- which is very helpful because as a parent, its important that I know what is resonating as well, and what areas we need to focus on.
