I went out on a limb to find a new colorist, mainly because I wanted someone who could achieve the look I wanted without damaging my hair. Abby was just that. She listened to what I wanted, walked me through the entire process, made me feel comfortable, and did an excellent job. I came out of the salon thinking the overall tone was a bit too cool but I wanted to see how it looked after the first wash. Abby was kind enough to let me know that she would help me make any adjustments to the tone or color if I was unhappy. Needless to say, I couldn't be happier! She's also an amazing colorist. Coloring is an art, and you either have the gift or you don't - Abby has it.
